Constantine is an award-winning senior sales professional with solid business acumen and extensive experience in the IT systems integration space in professional services and consulting, including public consulting practice. His progressive and dedicated sales career has resulted in numerous key initiatives leading to major net new business in new and challenging environments. 

Constantine brings 20+ years of government selling to executive agencies, non-executive agencies, municipalities and public education. He has leveraged his knowledge of The American Rescue Plan for Communities, infrastructure investment, the Jobs Act, and the Inflation Reduction Act. Prior to his most recent position as Director of Sales for HCH, he worked for NWN, which included selling into the MWRA, working to provide managed security for their IT infrastructure. Prior to NWN, his state government selling for Verizon included MA, VA, NY and WVA, and, for General Electric, selling into the Commonwealth of MA. Constantine has a B.S. in Business Administration from Norwich University. He is an active Ski Instructor at Loon Mountain and a cyclist, annually participating in the Pan Mass Challenge.
